Technical specifications

>Operating principle

The assembly is mounted on a welded support chassis, with an adjustable table to hold the different sub-assemblies. The rotating head is easily accessible and can be mounted for testing in a vertical or horizontal direction.

The feed tray is completely automated and motorized allowing a continuous supply of parts (via guide and piston) to the rotating head.

On the exit side of the rotating head, an automated sorting system will guide parts to the appropriate bin (pneumatic or mechanical sorting good / bad).

Using detection cells on the sorting bins, statistical information, or analysis reports can be printed out by lot.

The rotating head (Type TR2) can easily be adjusted to accomadate different diameters parts
