Our Recordviewer software also allow us to help our customer along the way. At any time, you can record and send us a signal acquisition so our engineers analyze it, modify the inspection settings to improve the detection, and send back the new configuration for a better quality control of your production.
Calibration & maintenance
Our technical team takes care of calibrating CMS instruments and systems before first use, either in-house or on-site or both. A Certificate of Calibration is handed to the customer. To ensure optimum performances of your instruments, we recommend an annual electronic calibration.
CMS can repair any instruments, systems, probes or coils, even if they were manufactured by another company.

Every customer request is handled with utmost attention. Early in the process, our team can perform feasibility tests on customer samples, and provide a report regarding the desired inspection.
